We deliver as fast as possible . All deliveries are made before noon of the next day of order placed. The meat is slaughtered and packed the same day and sent for delivery in order to make sure that only the tenderest of meats reaches the customer’s table.

there will no extra charges for delivery on order above rupees 100

there will be  an extra charge of rupee 20 on order below 100

.there will be extra rs.50 delivery charge if order placed from undeliverable area to help us recover some of the delivery costs.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will call you to inform and take the time to deliver as per your convenience.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.

Refund Policy
Our products go through rigorous quality check before they are ready for dispatch. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 15 minutes of the product received by reaching out to customer care via phone or email.If there is any free product included as a part of the product ordered, you need to return the free product along with the originally delivered product.

Refund

In case of online payment, refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days.

In case of cash on delivery, refund will be credited to the customer’s account as credit amount which can be used against any order in the future.

Replacement

Replacement will be made the next day of the order delivered.
